About Our Client

Our client is a well-known Hong Kong bank that serves for over 3.5 million customers for with over 80 years of history, it mainly provides services in commercial banking, wealth management and professional compliance banking matter for individuals and companies. The department is currently looking for a UAT Tester to handle digital e - banking platform UAT testing, and test case preparation for system enhancement.

Job Description



  • Prepare comprehensive UAT (User Acceptance Testing) test cases covering all changes or enhancements to digital platform products, including the pre-login and post-login environments, such as the online application form portal, e-Banking platform (both desktop and mobile), WeChat, etc.


  • Define and/or provide support in defining the test strategy and/or test plan for all digital platform functional releases.


  • Participate in UAT review meetings, log test results, report on test findings, and collaborate with IT and solution vendors to resolve any issues.


  • Coordinate with key stakeholders, including business owners, IT teams, and external vendors, to reach agreements on problem fix prioritization, acceptance criteria, and other relevant matters.


  • Execute UAT test cases for all changes or enhancements to digital platform products.


  • Provide support for production release verification, as needed, during weekends and/or late-night hours to ensure successful launch of the release.


  • Assist with production incident investigations and testing of fixes in both the UAT and Production environments.


  • Maintain comprehensive UAT records, including UAT sign-off documentation and corresponding screenshots.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree holder in Statistics, Data and Information Management, Mathematics, Computer Science or other related discipline
  • At least 1 year of working experience in banking or FI experience for digital e-banking UAT testing field
  • Experience in Customer Experience (CX)/ User Experience (UX) is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Good communication skills in English and Chinese/ Putonghua
