About Our Client

Our client is a well-known Chinese securities firm. They want to hire a talented Associate for their regulatory reporting team.

Job Description

Reporting to the Deputy Head of Finance, you will be responsible for

  • handling full sets of accounts in SFC licensed corps with Type 1, 2, 4, 6, and 9 licenses
  • performing accounting duties such as preparing journals
  • preparing banks and brokers reconciliations
  • assisting in bank related tasks
  • helping with regulatory matters such as FRR and Client Monies Segregations
  • preparing financial and management reports
  • assisting in other adhoc projects

The Successful Applicant

Requirement:

  • A degree in Accounting/Finance/Business
  • 3 years of working experience at securities firm
  • Strong knowledge of SFC FRR and Client Monies Rules
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
