About Our Client

My client is looking for an experience Head of Operations to manage the entire factory.

Job Description

  • Responsible for the entire operations of manufacturing, including the management and coordination of daily activities to ensure high performance and production at all times
  • Manage KPIs for, including cost, efficiency, quality, and environmental.
  • Arrange and manage the production schedule and communicate with other dept. to ensure the smoothness of operation to meet the production target
  • Supervise staff regularly, provide advice and monitor staff performance, and perform assessments
  • Establish and monitor quality management systems & programs for quality issue - production, manufacturing & customer
  • Monitor all production process data to effectively meet KPIs related to production processes, equipment maintenance and projects

The Successful Applicant

  • Education in relevant education
  • At least 4 - 7 years of relevant working experience production manufacturing, of which at least 2 years in managerial level
  • Good command of written and spoken language skills
  • Great number sense
