Your team will be working with client-facing colleagues to promote the firm's investment capabilities and brand. This individual will be in Hong Kong executing marketing events for clients and support the regional team, strong project management skills will be a plus.

Job Description

  • Manage the entire event process, from initial planning and sourcing resources to marketing, coordination during the event, and follow-up afterwards.
  • Establish and maintain communication with all vendors and suppliers throughout the event planning and execution stages.
  • Work with various business and administrative teams to ensure timely provision of event details for effective resource management.
  • Organize and implement events in various formats, including digital and virtual, managing each stage from start to finish.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of virtual events, ensuring proper management of online platforms.
  • Control the financial aspects of events, ensuring adherence to budget constraints through careful expense management and reporting.
  • Take on additional marketing responsibilities, such as updating promotional materials and providing support to enhance the marketing team's efficiency.



The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 5 years of event management or marketing experience in the Financial Services industry, ideally within asset management.
  • Proficient communication skills in both English and Chinese.
  • Experienced in managing both in-person and virtual events, demonstrating strong attention to detail and excellent project management abilities.
  • Capable of exercising excellent judgement, creatively solving problems, and escalating issues as necessary in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining composure under pressure and working independently to meet tight deadlines.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-oriented mindset; familiarity with work flow tools or global marketing is an advantage.
