The department is currently looking for a Corporate Action Officer to be responsible for managing corporate action/ reconciliation for investment products.Job DescriptionPerform processing corporate action accurately and meeting tight timelinesManage and complete settlement/ reconciliation assignments within preset deadline and in good qualityPrepare and support issuance of instructions and client documentationsParticipate in business initiatives/projects, e.g. user requirements, data analysis, UAT, post-supportComplete ad-hoc tasks and/or assignmentsThe Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related disciplines1-2 years of working experience in banking or securities operation, corporate action exposure is preferredKnowledge in corporate action field within securities, clearing and bankingStrong reliable.
