Currently they are looking for a Senior Accountant to join their experienced finance team for the business expansion.Job DescriptionResponsible for review and quality assurance for financial reporting and consolidation for group reporting.Provide day-to-day technical support in audit and accounting related matters for Hong Kong and overseas subsidiaries.Liaise with external auditors for audit matters.Draft and review financial statements of Hong Kong and overseas companies.Assist in company secretarial duties. Experience in company secretarial function would be an advantage.Assist in tax computation for Hong Kong companies.Participate in ad hoc projects.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA or equivalents.A minimum of 4 years' experience in accounting or auditing.
