About Our Client

Our client is a well-known Hong Kong Education Institution with around 3,000 staff in their Institution. They are now seeking for an AR expert to join their team as they are having expansion in their campus in the coming years.

Job Description

  • Assisting the Finance Manager to lead the team to perform day-to-day operation, including timely bill, collect, reconcile and record revenue, and ensure quality maintenance at every step;
  • Managing accounts receivables and negotiating with clients in non-payment cases;
  • Administering student refunds;
  • Promoting the industry best practices, including e-collection;
  • Providing training and mentoring of staff members in the department; and
  • Performing any other duties as assigned.



The Successful Applicant

  • A recognized degree in accountancy or equivalent with professional accounting qualification;
  • At least 3 years of experience in an accounting, billing, or accounts receivable department;
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software;
  • Logical mind with service mindset, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility and meticulousness;
  • Time and process management, including the ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous deadlines, set priorities, and work under pressure;
  • Accuracy and attention to details; and
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to resolve misunderstandings and errors in a diplomatic manner.
