About Our Client

Our Client is a renowned property developer headquartered in Hong Kong.

Job Description

  • Prepare financial statements, reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Implement internal controls, ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Manage the financial reporting process and liaise with external auditors.
  • Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
  • Participate in strategic financial planning and budgeting processes.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, CPA certification required.
  • Proven work experience in Big 4, with strong industry knowledge of real estate.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
