Job Description

  • Work with finance and actuarial team to understand business process, problem, and requirement
  • Work closely with enterprise architecture team, application development team to understand the application workflow and requirement, integration pattern with finance cloud platform
  • Conduct business analysis by eliciting, interpreting and analyzing the requirements from business and specification
  • Support data transformation program including design and testing of data work stream
  • Act as key liaison between business team, delivery team to drive discussion and ensure proper execution, change management and BAU activities
  • Create and maintain accurate and up to date documentations

The Successful Applicant

Role Requirements

  • S. degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information System, Engineering, or Statistics or relevant discipline
  • 5+ years of IT and/or BA related experience in banking/ insurance/ financial industry
  • 3+ years of project experience in Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Data Streaming, Data Analytics solution
  • Good understanding on common software development model and methodologies such as Agile, waterfall, etc.
  • Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills that able to build strong partnership with internal and external stakeholders
  • Knowledge in cloud-based applications and technology
  • Knowledge and experience in SQL, Python, API
  • Knowledge in CI/CD or DevOps practices

  • Able to work in a fast-paced development environment as part of a small, cross functional team
  • Self-motivated and self-managing
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills; proven experience with direct client interaction is preferred
