Job Description

  • Supporting Front Office Platform Migration Project
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to investment platforms.
  • Evaluate and understand the functionalities and capabilities of investment platforms, particularly Aladdin Enterprise or EFront Invest/Insight.
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of investment platform operations.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure that requirements are translated accurately into technical specifications.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between business users, IT teams, and vendors to ensure smooth implementation and integration of investment platform solutions.
  • Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to validate system functionality and ensure adherence to business requirements.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on investment platform functionalities and best practices.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in investment platforms, incorporating relevant knowledge into business analysis activities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on investment platforms.
  • Proven experience with Aladdin Enterprise or EFront Invest/Insight is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly, learn new concepts, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Finance, Business Administration, or Computer Science, is preferred.
