About Our Client

企业为A股上市公司，转型发力第二曲线，做食品零售。

Job Description

  • 年度商品计划及战略规划。
  • 制定年度销售预算及利润目标，指导各品类采购制定品类策略承接公司战略目标。
  • 完善区域商品采购体系建设（食品 非食品），并详细制定季度，月度，周工作计划，目标分解。
  • 负责商品部门具体实施的跟踪考核管理。
  • 完善商品采购部门年度规划、部门团队人员建设、部门培训季度，年度计划。
  • 管理毛利额，帮助企业提升业绩。
  • 抓住节日、季节变化的趋势及时调整商品及促销结构。

  • 大型超市/零售连锁行业背景，丰富商品采购及管理经营经验
  • 具备商品体系化建设能力，熟悉零售终端运作模式
  • 善于捕捉产品，市场信息
  • 带领过超过10人团队
  • 专科及以上学历
