About Our Client

My client; a top HIGH JEWELRY brand is looking for an experience Store Manager to manage the store and re-invent its brand and operations in Hong Kong.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage the strategic development of the brand in Hong Kong, and responsible for the day to day operation of their retail stores.
  • Plan and develop operations flow, policies & control, and SOP in order to maximise operational efficiency and staff productivity
  • Analyse store sales data and achievement of KPIs, formulate and execute prompt action plans for improving store business
  • Plan and implement initiatives to achieve strategic goals, especially on retention and VVIP nurturing.
  • Lead the senior management to work collaboratively in order to maximise the manpower resources
  • Manage clients and media coordinates with internal & external stakeholders for implementation of PR and event programs

The Successful Applicant

  • Education in relevant discipline
  • A minimum of 9 - 13 years' experience in a store managerial role
  • Experienced in CRM initiatives to recruit and retain VIP
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
