About Our Client

My clients is looking for a passionate Store Manager who is has the heart for luxury fashion and still believes in Hong Kong luxury retail market.

Job Description

  • Oversee business operations, financial performance (P&L) management, sales, profit, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI monitoring.
  • Lead the sales team to meet business targets; Deliver Sales objectives and drive Sales Growth, promote brand awareness.
  • Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency by optimising resource utilisation, enhancing productivity through the refinement of SOP
  • Develop and lead high-performing retail teams, fostering a culture of sales excellence and customer service
  • Create an engaging consumer journey, enhance every touch point, from the start to after sales service
  • Work closely with training managers to identify training needs and provide adequate feedback.

The Successful Applicant

  • Education in related discipline
  • A minimum of 9 - 13 year's experience in a managerial role within beauty/fashion retail
  • Proven track record of managing sales and operations
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills
