Job Description

This role will require the candidate to review various commercial contracts and agreements relating to advertising and marketing materials within the business. You will be responsible for also monitoring the regulatory compliance requirements across various jurisdictions.

The Successful Applicant

The candidate is required to have a LLB and at least 3+ years of in-house paralegal experience. Exposure in handling general commercial and regulatory compliance matters will be ideal. Fluency in English and Chinese will be essential.
