Job Description

  • Provide all kind of administrative and secretarial support to lawyers
  • Handle time entry and monthly billing
  • Manage document processes including editing, formatting and filing
  • Manage diaries, schedules and meeting arrangements
  • Handle phones calls and emails
  • Assist in any other ad-hoc activities as required

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 3 years' legal secretarial experience in corporate or commercial practice, ideally from an international law firm
  • Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Chinese word typing is required
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other applications
  • Detail-minded, fast-paced and good time management skills
