The exposure will include reviewing and advising on various investment contracts, drafting simple contracts and reviewing commercial agreements, conducting legal due diligence, liaising with internal and external parties in relation to investment projects and handling internal and regulatory compliance matters. In addition to this, you may also be required to assist on ad hoc duties depending on business needs.The Successful ApplicantIt is essential that this person is a law degree holder with at least 5+ years of experience in a similar role handling a hybrid legal & compliance role. Experience working in another investment firm, family office or start-up environment will be highly advantageous. This role requires the person to be able to work independently and use their initiative.
