About Our Client

My client is a prestigious luxury retail company renowned for its exquisite products and exceptional customer service. They are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Compensation and Benefits Manager to drive C&B strategies across our regional operations.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement tailored compensation and benefits strategies for the luxury retail sector across the region to attract and retain top talent.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive and enticing compensation packages for employees.
  • Manage and optimize employee benefits programs in accordance with regional regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate closely with HR and finance teams to streamline payroll processes and effectively manage compensation budgets.
  • Lead annual compensation reviews, bonus programs, and salary planning to recognize performance and promote a culture of excellence.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on C&B matters to senior leadership and stakeholders throughout the organization.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and regulations to recommend enhancements and improvements to our C&B offerings.
  • Oversee executive compensation packages and design incentive plans for regional leadership positions.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of progressive experience in Compensation and Benefits roles, with a strong focus on regional operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of C&B practices, regulations, and market trends within the luxury retail sector across multiple regions.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective C&B strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills essential for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
