About Our Client

Our client is a stable and expanding business in Catering for decades with good market presence. They are now looking for an Operations GM to oversee its HK & China market

Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the growth and success of our catering operations
  • Oversee all aspects of catering operations, including menu planning, food preparation, service delivery, and customer satisfaction
  • Lead and inspire a diverse team of culinary professionals, ensuring high levels of performance, engagement, and collaboration
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and maximise profitability through effective resource allocation and revenue generation strategies
  • Uphold the highest standards of quality and consistency in all aspects of catering operations, from food preparation to presentation
  • Ensure that every customer interaction reflects our commitment to excellence, exceeding expectations and building long-lasting relationships

The Successful Applicant

  • High Diploma/ Degree in Hospitality or other related business
  • Minimum 10 years in F&B industry, managing similar scale of business
  • Strong knowledge of Chinese cuisine and culinary techniques, with a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, drive performance, and foster a culture of excellence
  • Proven track record of developing and executing strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive growth
  • Proficient in financial management, budgeting, and cost control, with a focus on maximising profitability
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Open to travel
