About Our Client

Our client is a top hospitality group.

Job Description

  • A team head responsible to manage a team of 30 to work closely with top management
  • Supervise the team on technical matters (repair and maintenance, A&A works, renovation)
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on maintenance and work schedule
  • Present to top management regularly, manage the progress report including preventative maintenance and energy conservation
  • Ensures building and equipment licenses, permits and certifications are up to date



The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Electrical, Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
  • 10 years of relevant experience in facilities management or repair and maintenance
  • Professional Qualification and chartership would be an advantage
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office
