Job Description

  • Lead and manage IT production support operations
  • Ensure timely resolution of incidents and drive mitigation actions
  • Conduct post-incident follow-ups and reviews
  • Implement and oversee continuous improvement initiatives for service stability
  • Manage system monitoring and performance tuning processes
  • Oversee change control and release management procedures
  • Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in leading IT production support teams
  • Strong incident management and resolution skills
  • Expertise in system monitoring, performance tuning, and service stability improvement
  • Proficiency in change control and release management processes
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in project management, including prioritization and stakeholder management
  • Knowledge of risk management practices in IT environments
  • Additional Beneficial Skills (Optional):
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and Docker containerization
  • Experience with Springboot framework
  • Understanding of IDM (Identity Management) architecture
  • Knowledge of data-related platforms and applications, including:
  • Data analytics tools
  • Data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
  • Data validation processes
  • Data access layer / Data as a service concepts
  • Experience with MS Dynamics/CRM and SharePoint products and related development
