About Our Client

My Client is a F & B brand with chain store outlets and is looking for experience Training Specialist with experience in Food and Services.

Job Description

  • Conduct training programs and skills workshops for front line service staff.
  • Review training effectiveness by assessing employee performance and trainees' feedback;
  • Participate and coordinate in learning and talent development projects
  • To maintain and update all training materials in line with the latest operating procedures and instructions
  • Assist in review and improve the Company training policies, work flow and procedures

The Successful Applicant

  • Education in relevant discipline
  • At least 2 - 3 years of experience preferably in food & beverages
  • Strong presentation skill
  • Customer oriented and strong service standard
  • Good communication skills
