About Our Client

This is a large well known company and a household name. They are looking for a L&D officer to join their team and to make a difference in the employee journey.

Job Description

The L&D officer will have the following duties

  • Handling coordination for training for group level
  • Effective use of the internal training platform to update progress of users and pre / post training activities
  • Liaising with various training vendors and hotels for venues to host leadership days
  • Assist with post training feedback
  • Assist with delivery of on boarding training when necessary
  • To be the point of contact for all training matters

The Successful Applicant

The L&D officer will have the following background

  • Higher education in Human Resources or relevant
  • Over 3 years solid experience in L&D in sizeable firms
  • Ability to multi- task and to have strong follow up skills
  • To take initiative, to be a team player and have a flexible approach
  • Strong language skills, fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
