Our client is a multinational company with a sizable business in Asia, with a total of over 10,000 headcount in the region.

Job Description

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for managing and developing global HR projects and initiatives in the Asia Pacific region. You will play a pivitol role in connecting with the country heads and local HR teams to promote and implement core HR programs around DE&I, wellness, employer branding and employee engagement and work closely with the L&TD and HRBP counterparts on hi-po development and promote initiatives such as global mobility, job rotation and short term secondment contracts to drive talent development, cross country knowledge sharing and retention. You will also be highly involved in strengthening the employer branding and presence with a focus in driving young talent programs, CSR activities and HR awards in the region. Golden opportunity for experienced AM/ young Manager candidates with passion in delivering global programs to gain solid global HR project experience.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years' of experience in HR preferably from sizable organizations with commitment and dedication to drive HR programs around DEI, wellness, employer branding, employee engagement, internal communications and global mobility for hi-po talents at a regional scale. Candidates can come from a HRBP, Generalist, Projects or HR Transformation background, as long as you have the passion,language ability, communication and key stakeholder management skills to deliver the programs. Strong business acumen and influencing skills, as well as the ability to lead and manage a wide range of strategic projects while maintaining a practical hands on approach are essential. You will be proactive, efficient and energetic while being able to multitask and work well in an agile environment. Fluency in English is essential. Non-local candidates with the right level of experience will also be considered. Talents with less experience may be considered as an Assistant Manager.
