As the Employee Experience Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of effective communication strategies to engage employees across the organization. Your role will be pivotal in nurturing a positive employee experience, strengthening staff engagement, and enhancing the employer brand globally.

Job Description

  • Devise and execute comprehensive internal communication plans to align with organizational objectives.
  • Create compelling content for various communication channels, including newsletters, intranet, emails, and social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective communication strategies.
  • Organize and manage internal events, town hall meetings, and engagement activities to boost staff morale.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of internal communication initiatives and propose enhancements for greater effectiveness.
  • Serve as a liaison between senior leadership and employees to deliver important updates and information.
  • Provide guidance to regional communication teams to maintain messaging coherence.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in internal communication, staff engagement, and employer branding.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder in Human Resources or related discipline.
  • 7-year solid experiences in employee engagement / human resources from a fast-paced environment is highly preferred.
  • Proactive and results-driven oriented.
  • Team player, Detail minded and Responsible.
  • Good Planning & Organising skills, Self-motivated and Can-do spirit.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
