About Our Client

My client is a prominent listed company in Hong Kong, seeking a seasoned Total Rewards Manager/ Assistant Total Rewards Manager to join their dynamic team. This role will primarily focus on policy review, data governance, and technology-driven initiatives related to compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee rewards programs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in rewards strategy, policy development, and project management.

Job Description

  • Advise local HR business partners and regional / local HR teams on rewards matters in alignment with global guidelines.
  • Drive rewards-related HR initiatives and projects globally, acting as a project manager or subject matter expert.
  • Independently deliver briefing and training sessions for major compensation & benefits and performance management programs.
  • Draft employee communications and conduct management briefings; develop decision-making tools for line managers.
  • Manage technology activities related to annual compensation & benefits and performance management cycles in collaboration with other Performance & Rewards teams.
  • Lead process reviews to enhance effectiveness, prioritize improvements in digitalization and policies aligned with strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Employee Experience team and IT to develop and enhance technology/tools supporting rewards activities.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication to employees regarding changes in technology.

The Successful Applicant

  • 9+ years of experience in Total Rewards or a related field.
  • Strong expertise in policy review, data governance, and technology-driven solutions.
  • Proven track record of managing rewards programs and projects globally.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and regions.
  • Experience in driving digital transformation initiatives in HR.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the role of Assistant Manager
