This role will involve managing the full cycle of training design to delivery, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and driving various initiatives to enhance employee development.

Job Description

  • Manage the entire training process, from needs assessment and design to delivery and evaluation.
  • Develop engaging training materials, including video and animation content, to enhance learning experiences.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to identify training needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Facilitate discussions and gather feedback to continuously improve training programs.
  • Maintain and analyze training data to track participation, effectiveness, and areas for improvement.
  • Generate reports on training outcomes and present findings to senior management.
  • Lead and manage multiple training projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Utilize strong project management skills to oversee logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation for training initiatives.
  • Drive various learning and development initiatives to promote a culture of continuous learning within the organization.
  • Evaluate and recommend new training tools and technologies to enhance learning delivery.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5 years of above experience in learning and development, including training design and delivery.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Basic data analytical skills for tracking and reporting training effectiveness.
  • Proficiency in video and animation creation software is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
