Our client is a well-known securities firm. They wish to hire a talented VP Finance to join their team.

Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for

  • preparing month end closing for the securities business
  • assisting in annual and interim audit
  • providing accounting documents to auditors
  • verifying the valuation of underlying assets and liabilities
  • updating the valuation of financial products such as SWAP, forwards and IRS
  • providing advice and analysis on new requirements and assess the impact on financial reporting
  • ensuring financial results and management reports are compiled correctly from the general ledgers and other
  • other adhoc tasks

The Successful Applicant

Requirement:

  • A degree in Accounting/Finance/Business/Banking
  • Qualified is a must
  • Banking/Asset Management/Securities experience is a must
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
