About Our Client

Our client is a large property group with business across the globe. To cope with their business growth, they are hiring 2 Application Managers for 2 separate pillars

Job Description

  • As the Owner of the respective pillar (EITHER Property & Facility Management OR Leasing and Asset Management), lead the team to work on the application management and support
  • Lead project management efforts, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality and adherence to company policies
  • Manage UAT, go-live deployment, hyper-care phases, and ensure ongoing support meeting SLA requirements
  • Communicate effectively with business units to align deliverables with business expectations and needs
  • Monitor project status, providing updates to both the project team and senior management
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure compliance and system integrity
  • Conduct ongoing discussions with business units to understand changing requirements and operations
  • Oversee financial aspects, including budgeting, cost tracking, and management of OPEX and CAPEX
  • Handle vendor management from selection through performance assessment, ensuring advantageous contract terms

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields;
  • 10+ years' experience in Corporate Applications (Currently at Managerial grade or above position)
  • PMP/ Scrum Master/ PRINCE certification is a definate advantage
  • Demonstrable expertise in IT project management, SDLC, and resource management
  • Rich experience in EITHER property & facility management systems OR lease, tenant, and asset management systems
  • Rich industry background from real estate and property management sectors
  • Proficient in business-technical translation, requirements gathering, and workflow optimisation
  • Strong in senior stakeholders management, experience in dealing with multiple parties
  • Experience in vendor selection & management
  • Experience in team management
  • Strong personality in pushing back requests and working under fast-paced environment
  • Organized and mature personality. High agility with experience in executive-level presentations
  • Strong communication skills in English is a MUST; Cantonese speaker is highly preferred
  • Concept in system architecture, web technologies, cloud systems (AWS/Azure), and relevant software like Microsoft Dataverse / Power Platform is a plus
