Our client is a regulated Crypto firm with stable financial fund based in Hong Kong.

Job Description



  • Technical Leadership:
    • Oversee and manage SOC, DevSecOps, SIEM, SOAR, and Encryption.
    • Design and implement security frameworks, policies, and processes.
    • Bring industry best practices to enhance the security posture of the firm.


  • Regulatory Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with SFC regulations and VATP requirements.
    • Monitor and adapt to evolving regulatory landscapes.


  • Team Management:
    • Lead and mentor a small team of security professionals.
    • Foster a culture of security awareness and continuous improvement

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience working in a start-up environment with the ability to build from scratch.
  • In-depth knowledge of SFC VATP requirements.
  • Strong hands-on technical skills with a willingness to get involved in the details.
  • Detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certified in CISA, CISM, CISSP, or equivalent.
