Job Description

The Senior Partnership Development Officer is part of a team of three, along with Partnership Development Manager and Partnership Development Assistant. He/she will report to the Manager while taking ownership in fundraising programs, event organization, and volunteer management. To appeal to individual donors, the Senior Officer will create contents and implement promotions through online channels, including social media. Corporate partnership is also a major fundraising strategy. Hence, the Senior Officer will support relationship building through managing CRM database, arranging meetings, and give presentations to large donors.

The Successful Applicant

The qualified candidate should have completed post-secondary education (i.e. Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree). Experience in fundraising, sales, marketing or business development will be relevant to the role. The ideal experience level would be 3-5 years. The client is looking for candidates who can confidently apply story-telling/presentation skills in front of potential partners. Attention to details and organization skills are important in event and campaign management. The candidate should also be a strong communicator and team player. Good command of written & verbal English and Chinese is required. Proficient use of word processing programs of MS Office is required. Knowledge in Photoshop, social media campaigns, Salesforce and Campaign Monitor would be an advantage.
