International NGO which operates a regional office in Hong Kong to deliver programs in Hong Kong and Southeast Asia.

Job Description

In the role of Partnership and Development Director, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, international organizations, and private sector partners, to advance the organization's mission.

You will design and implement fundraising strategies to secure grants, donations, and sponsorships from diverse sources, collaborating with program teams to identify opportunities for expansion and innovation in our initiatives.

Representing the organization at conferences and events, you will promote our work and establish new connections. Leading a multidisciplinary team, you will foster a collaborative and results-driven environment while overseeing the assessment of partnership outcomes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in partnership development and fundraising within the NGO sector, along with a strong network of contacts in the social impact community. They must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills and demonstrate the ability to work effectively in diverse cultural contexts. Fluency in Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English is essential. A Bachelor's degree in related field is required.
