Job Description

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of testing projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries related to quality standards and testing requirements.
  • Monitor project costs and resource allocation to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth operations, including managing audits, approvals, and necessary documentation.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively.
  • Prepare regular project status reports for stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and key performance indicators.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and internal teams to promote collaboration and continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within a laboratory
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Strong understanding of chemical testing processes, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage customer relationships.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex project challenges.
