About Our Client

Our client is from one of the most well known Dutch bank with focuses in wholesale banking services. The department is currently looking for a Market Operation Analyst to be responsible in market operation, transnational processing, settlement and provide client servicing to different stakeholder.

Job Description



  • Deliver high-quality internal and external client service to front office personnel, clients, and stakeholders.


  • Process financial market transactions and ensure timely settlements in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), meeting all deadlines for transnational processing, payments, and confirmations.


  • Maintain a high standard of accuracy, completeness, and reliability across all processes.


  • Manage intra-day liquidity in collaboration with Treasury to ensure overall funding position remains stable.


  • Investigate and resolve cash and custody reconciliation discrepancies.


  • Be prepared to work irregular hours and/or during Hong Kong public holidays to support the Asia Pacific region.


  • Perform other duties as assigned.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • 1 to 3 years of working experience in market and treasury operation
  • Strong reliable. Strives for accuracy and stability and able to works in a consistent manner
  • Strong problem solver, conduct research and analysis in a time management skills
  • Strong analytics, affinity with data and reconciliation, proactive and willing to learn skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel skills
  • Good command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin skills
