Job Description

In this role, you will:

  • Play a vital role in the MCV team by contributing to talent recruitment and development, as well as designing, enhancing, and assessing MCV recruitment profiles.
  • Manage the visa renewal process for MCV talents.
  • Provide Management Information System (MIS) support.
  • Act as an MCV subject matter expert when collaborating with agency forces and internal departments.

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for a candidate who possesses:

  • A university degree, preferably in Economics, Financial Planning, Investment, Insurance, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a preference for those with backgrounds in distribution channels, training and coaching, or project management.
  • Experience in agency training, event management, and/or recruitment is an added advantage.
  • A curious, open-minded approach, with a self-driven attitude, can-do spirit, quick learning ability, and a strong sense of teamwork.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) considered a plus.
