About Our Client

Our client is a sizable telecommunications company and they are now looking for an experienced Finance candidate to join their sizable finance team. They are now looking for a CPA Qualified candidate with Big 4 audit and consolidation experience at sizeable listed companies.

Job Description

  • Lead the group consolidation process, ensuring accurate and timely consolidation of financial statements for multiple entities within the organization.
  • Coordinate with subsidiary finance teams to gather necessary financial data and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to senior management on financial performance, key trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the preparation of interim financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external auditors during the reporting process.
  • Manage treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and working capital optimization.

The Successful Applicant

  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA are preferred.
  • Previous experience in a Big 4 or second-tier audit firm, preferably with exposure to listed companies.
  • In-house experience with group consolidation
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards, such as IFRS or GAAP.
  • A relevant industry background is a plus.
  • Supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Fast-paced environment.
