About Our Client

Our Client is a recently established Family Office based in Hong Kong, encompassing foundations, financial investments, and a diversified business portfolio on a global scale.

Job Description

  • Set up and oversee financial accounting processes, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance financial operation and systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal stakeholders
  • Review investments and portfolios, including change of asset allocation, risk management, and performance monitoring
  • Conduct financial analysis to evaluate investment opportunities and optimize returns
  • Monitor cash flows, liquidity, and working capital to ensure efficient financial operations
  • Execute strategies to optimize cash flow and manage financial risks
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and optimizing tax efficiency
  • Oversee audits and compliance reviews to maintain financial transparency and integrity
  • Implement internal controls and procedures to safeguard assets and ensure compliance



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields with a professional accounting certification
  • At least 8 years of work experience in financial and management reporting, with an advantage for experience in start-ups or family offices
  • Strong accountability and flexibility, high independence
  • Proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
  • Less experienced candidate will be considered as Finance Manager
