They are seeking a Legal Counsel to join their team, focusing on general commercial legal matters for their regional operations. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic industry leader and play a key role in shaping their legal strategy across diverse markets.

Job Description

  • Reports to the APAC General Counsel
  • Handle full spectrum of legal and company secretarial matters for the business
  • Review and draft all types of agreements, formal letters and all kinds of legal documents
  • Provide legal support to organization business units, including commercial contract drafting, document review, policy formulation, and addressing legal issues related to operations and projects.
  • Liaise and coordinate with external lawyers and third-party consultants to obtain various legal supporting advice, services and information
  • Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder with PQE 3+ from reputable law firms, inhouse experience will be a big plus
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Strong analytically, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and multitask
