About Our Client

Our client is a Leading Sports brand with great reputation and rapid growth in the recent decades. They are now looking for a Supply Planner to oversee buy strategy, inventory optimisation, demand & supply planning and system enhancement.

Job Description

  • Report to the Distribution and Logistics Lead
  • Develop and maintain supply and buy plans to meet customer demand while minimising inventory costs.
  • Collaborate with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure meeting inventory needs and timely delivery.
  • Communicate with Global Supply Planning team for a regional buy plan.
  • Support commercial teams by monitoring product supply through the cycle from launch to exit
  • Analyse supply chain data to identify trends and make informed decisions.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage replenishment strategies.
  • Implement processes to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce lead times.
  • Anticipate and address potential supply chain disruptions and fulfilment risk.
  • Prepare Monthly dashboard and continuously work with IT team on reporting digitisation.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree Holder in Supply Chain, Logistics or related disciplines
  • 5 years+ Supply Planning/ Inventory Planning experience in MNC Apparel/ Footwear companies
  • Good analytical, communication, influencing and problem-solving skills, project management skills strongly preferred
  • Result-oriented, flexible and adaptable to change
  • Knowledge of planning tools such as o9, Power BI, GT Nexus, Oracle is a plus
  • Highly fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
