Job Description

  • Coordinate testing activities related to system changes to ensure the desired outcomes as intended by development and business teams.
  • Analyze the nature of changes and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute test cycles and document results.
  • Manage a range of changes from simple fixes to the implementation of major new systems.
  • Adhere to industry testing standards for release into production, ensuring thorough testing and completion of operational documentation.
  • Maintain effective communication and collaboration with development and business teams throughout the development and delivery lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) within the Financial Services sector.
  • Proven experience in Transfer Agency or Fund Services is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Cantonese is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Cantonese is a must
