Job Description

  • Create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for internal insurance applications, focusing on user experience and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert visionary concepts into clear, engaging designs that simplify intricate system functionalities.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and improve user satisfaction.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, ensuring consistency across all internal applications.
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with business objectives

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-7 years of experience in UX design, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and examples of user-centered design solutions.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing methods, and best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
