Job Description

In this position, you will lead the team in developing multimedia content for various digital platforms. You will collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create compelling branding strategies while overseeing animation projects from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality output.This role drives creative visual design to achieve business objectives in line with the group's creative strategies. It supports daily graphic and multimedia design activities, including video editing and motion graphics, contributing to an engaging and cohesive brand presenceManaging multiple design projects effectively, you will prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and provide hands-on support in graphic design, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. Additionally, you will mentor junior designers and promote a culture of creativity and innovation within the team.

The Successful Applicant

To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Design, Multimedia, Marketing, or a related field, along with 8-10 years of experience in multimedia design. A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in branding and graphic design is essential. Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite and After Effects, is required. Excellent communication, passion and leadership skills are crucial, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Cantonese and English is a must.
