Job Description



  • Reporting to Head of HR function
  • Design, develop and implement organizational development initiatives to foster business growth, change management and transformation
  • Engage and work closely with senior leadership to align business objectives with measurable performance metrics
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness and efficiency
  • Provide your HR guidelines on talent strategy to maintain a healthy pipeline talent
  • Proactively work closely with business leaders to identify learning needs and recommend training strategies for people development
  • Act as the ambassador to position the firm as an Employer of Choice and create a positive employee experience throughout the entire employee life cycle
  • Formulate and deliver regular induction and training program as needed

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in organizational development and talent mgmt. from sizable or fast changing organizations
  • Passionate, strong communication, organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management, seamless interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication, presentation and analytical skills are required
  • Good command in written English and Chinese - native Mandarin required
