With the ongoing developments in the organization, an opportunity has arisen for a passionate, experienced and resourceful talent experienced in organizational development and talent management to take up the role.

Job Description

  • Development talent agenda and strategies on leadership & organizational development, succession planning, executive coaching, cultural building and HI-PO management
  • Oversee organization cultural reform program and liaise with key stakeholders and HR partners regularly on process and update
  • Manage full cycle of talent management process, drive various talent programs, graduate program, and organizational development initiatives
  • Establish talent development framework based on market best practices and bring in new insights to the business on various talent strategies
  • Propose your HR advisory, policies, and guidelines on talent strategy to maintain a healthy pipeline talents, aligning with organizational goals and objectives, through working closely with senior stakeholders
  • Lead and design employee engagement program and activities to foster a positive culture, collaboration and employee experience with the organization

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 10 years of solid and stable experience in HRBP, engagement, talent development and organizational development from sizable corporations; experience from manufacturing / chemical companies will be an advantage
  • Excellent stakeholder management, project management in developing talent strategies
  • Passionate, logical, and project management skills
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills are required, and excellent command in written English and Chinese is expected
  • Bachelor degree in HR or relevant disciplines
