The company is a EU MNC furniture company which is a global furniture retailers with stable business in China for more than 10 years.

Job Description

Revenue and Growth Management

  • Act as a trusted advisor to franchise partners, ensuring their revenue meets monthly targets through rigorous budget planning and hands-on support.



Retail Excellence

  • Utilize retail tools such "Retail Extraordinaire" to ensure high standards across retail operations, sales, and people management.
  • Provide support and mentorship to enhance staff skillsets and selling capabilities, ensuring quality customer service and sales performance.



Strategic Alignment and Collaboration

  • Collaborate with the Head of APAC to develop and execute strategic and tactical business plans that align with corporate initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between franchise partners and support teams (Retail Ops, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, etc.) to ensure smooth and integrated operations.
  • Support any new store and new partner opening activities by the Global Business Development Director
  • Support new store opening activities led by the Global Retail Expansion Director
  • Promote and cultivate DRIVE culture across the country, fostering alignment.
  • Oversee all reporting requirements, including budgets, forecasting, growth bonuses, and global promotions, to ensure operational alignment with company goals.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years in retail sales, particularly with premium or luxury lifestyle brands.
  • Proven success in franchise or partnership model management.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving revenue and profit growth, with a strategic yet hands-on approach.
  • Strong people management and change management experience, with the ability to inspire and coach teams.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin, with cross-cultural communication skills and a deep understanding of both Western and Chinese business environments.
