Job Description

  • 制定企业5-10年发展战略；
  • 建立企业内部管理制度，搭建完善的，匹配50亿销售规模的经营组织；
  • 领导运营、销售、市场及供应链，不断提升客户服务，增强客户粘性，提升企业销售规模；
  • 有效管理企业人、财及资源；提升企业运营效率；
  • 打造具有进步意识，有国家情怀和注重长期经营的企业文化；
  • 注重员工培养，打造一个利于员工长期发展，以人为本的企业平台。

The Successful Applicant

  • 具备50亿规模以上企业全盘管理经验；
  • 对家具、家居、家电、建材有比较深入的了解；
  • 具备战略眼光，国际视野的人才优先考虑；
  • 有与才能匹配的德行，持身守正；
  • 谦逊随和，有不断进步的危机感。
