The automation analyst will be required to:Gather, understand and document user requirements in order to propose solution designs that can offer digital transformation with the goal of reducing manual overhead, mitigating risk and reducing costs for business teams;Develop, test and deliver technological solutions for business teams using industry leading toolsets;Assist with the support and enhancement of existing solutions andInvestigate defects, suggest solutions to prevent recurrence and rectify bug-fixes.
