Job Description

  • Conduct thorough data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Validate and reconcile data from various sources for reliability
  • Generate and distribute regular reports to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the team to improve data management processes
  • As the role progresses, contribute to automation efforts and dashboard development
  • Ensure the smooth migration of data from the legacy to new investment platform



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Management, Computer Science, Finance)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in data management or operations
  • Domain knowledge in investment data is highly advantageous, however candidates from banking/insurance with data operations/mangement experience will be considered
  • Proficiency in Excel (advanced level, VBA, Macros) or Python, or other relevant tools for data operations
  • Experience in Tableau/Power BI/Dremio
  • Proven track record in data quality checking, validation, and reporting
  • Strong sensitivity to data and highly detail oriented. Zero tolerance for inaccuracies
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese
