About Our Client

Our client is an international law firm with a great working culture

Job Description

  • Liaise with partners and lawyers on billing functions
  • Providing accurate advice on WIP management, billing procedures, queries, VAT issues, etc.
  • Prepare revenue control reporting for partners on aged WIP, disbursements and debtors
  • Production of quarterly detailed billing and collection and management information (MI) reports for our key Insurance clients
  • Preparation and processing of bills ensuring that time and disbursements are allocated and charged correctly in accordance with agreed service standards, with supports from other team member during the peak season
  • Reconciliations and analysis of ledger accounts and billing history
  • Undertaking ad hoc responsibilities as required by the Financial Controller

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 3 years of Law Firm working experience, preferably with billing exposures
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Strong spoken and written Cantonese and English is essential
  • A team player who enjoys contributing in a genuine team environment with both regional and global colleagues
