Collaboration with business development personnel is key to improving and streamlining practice group participation in these submissions. Supporting the regional team which spread across 3-4 offices, the BD Coordinator supports initial calls with partners at the start of each directory cycle, helping to establish relationships, outline processes, set communication terms, and agree on deadlines. They also provide best practice advice during this stage.The Coordinator will also research and evaluate new directory opportunities, coordinates partner interviews, and provides preparation materials, including coaching on interview best practices.To provide full cycle support, the Coordinator tracks data such as referee response rates and follows up with partners, providing templates for referee feedback and keeping them informed about the research status. The role also involves assisting in maintaining templates and process documents related to the firm's recognition efforts, as well as compiling peer analysis and historical rankings lists. Other matters related to lawyer's profile enhancement, such as PR & Media, will also fall under the Coordinator's responsibility.The Successful ApplicantThe qualified candidate would be a strong writer in English and fluent in it. Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of work experience, ideally in professional services, is required. Prior experience in B2B marketing, awards submissions, media engagement, content marketing, and project management are key areas of consideration. While law firm experience is not a must, it is an advantage.
