Our client is a renowned F&B group offers a diverse range of international culinary selections, ranging from contemporary European dishes to exquisite Cantonese delicacies, they are now looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager to join the team in Hong Kong.

Job Description

  • Support the development and rollout of cohesive marketing campaigns across diverse platforms such as digital, social media, and traditional marketing.
  • Take charge of marketing activities for assigned brands, overseeing the entire process from ideation to implementation to ensure consistency with overall business goals.
  • Work closely with operational teams to develop and deploy innovative marketing strategies.
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms, fostering interaction and expanding online communities.
  • Drive PR exposures for outlets and campaigns, including media partnerships, press releases, and KOL collaborations.
  • Track campaign performance metrics and conduct regular evaluation to measure effectiveness and pinpoint areas for enhancement.

The Successful Applicant

The company is looking for a talent who is a degree holder in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related disciplines with at least 5 years of all rounded marketing experience in Food and Beverage, including minimum 1 year at a supervisory level.

Solid experience in driving PR exposures through media partnerships, press releases, and influencer collaborations.

Strong social media and digital marketing strategies planning and management.

Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin is required.
